Facts and principles of child development including: maturational, emotional, intellectual, cognitive, verbal, and social factors at various ages. Theories regarding personality development and intellectual growth are examined. Students will be required to do activities using primary research articles. Prerequisite: PSY 110 with a grade of C- or better.
